More about the location
We use the upper part of the higher lookout tower for abseiling activity. Apart from a bit of adrenaline, you can enjoy lovely view of Czech Canada deep forests. In the lower part of the castle, there is a refreshment stand and toilets.
This place is a great choice especially for the medieval outdoor program Boyard Fortress. We can honestly say that Landštejn castle is our best location for this program.
In near surroundings of the castle there are plenty of cosy guesthouses and also couple of accommodation facilities with bigger capacity. In case you require higher standard of accommodation for a larger group of participants, you need to choose one of the hotels in Jindřichův Hradec, Dačice or Telč.
