About Event
For online conferences, we use the method of streaming from our corporate virtual studio. We offer you several variants of event implementation, which differ in technical, time and financial demands. During the program, it is possible to use live speeches of participants directly from our studio, pre-recorded videos, or on-line performance using MS Teams or Zoom programs.
The conference can be streamed on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch or Microsoft Stream (it is possible to agree on other platforms).
Online Conference BASIC
In this option, the implementation is taken care of by one organizer, who holds the position of host, film director and sound engineer. We use a green screen 3 x 2 meters, on which it is possible to project corporate branding. The event consists of live speeches of the host, which separates the individual pre-recorded videos delivered by the client.
Online Conference MEDIUM
For this version we use our largest green screen 5 x 6 meters with a keyed virtual studio. The program is implemented by a director / technician who takes care of the technical part of the program and a host who is in charge of the organization and presentation of the content part of the program.
In the virtual studio, there is also space for one other participant (client's representative), or the performers can take turns. We use wireless audio transmission from microphones or MIPRO microports for sound. The virtual studio also includes a large screen designed for either branding or playing speeches.
Online Conference LIVE
This version of the program includes everything as a Medium option, with the addition that it brings live on-line speeches from other speakers using MS Teams or Zoom. These on-line messages are displayed on the virtual studio screen.
