How fast you get a proposal
- A standard shorter program (Escape Box, Brain Party, Treasure Hunt): within 1 to 2 hours of a complete brief, during business hours.
- A larger standard program (Castle Breakout, Sherlock Strikes Back, Indiana and the Holy Grail): usually within one day.
- A custom program or a complex event with other suppliers: within 2 to 3 days of the inquiry, depending on how you specify your client's requirements.

Dates
- Every proposal states how long it is valid.
- Busy date: we offer the programs for which we have equipment and instructors on that date.
- Off-season we hold a date briefly. In peak season (up to 20 events a week) capacity is confirmed in the order bookings are finalized.
- With hotels, caterers and other suppliers we also depend on when they reply.
- Instructor-led programs are confirmed for a specific date. A self-service Treasure Hunt is always available.

What we deliver
Programs that fit into your production
Over 40 programs in nine groups, organized by their place in the event schedule: from a GPS game downtown to an evening with a host. For each group we list duration, group size, where it fits and what we need from you or from the venue.
We run every program in English or Czech. Exact numbers, routes and scripts go into the proposal once we know the venue and the date.
Big story-driven outdoor games
Indiana and the Holy Grail, Sherlock Strikes Back, Just Like James Bond, Castle Breakout. A story, costumes and stations in the field.
Fits: A full-day team building at the hotel, the main program of an offsite.
We need: A meadow, forest, park or castle near the venue. We build the stations and bring the costumes, our instructor team leads the game.
Escape games and quizzes
Escape Box (a portable escape game with locks and ciphers) and Brain Party (a popular pub quiz with a fun host). Stand-alone programs with their own setup and team.
Fits: An evening after a conference, a short block between meetings, an add-on to a corporate party.
We need: A room with tables and power. We bring the equipment and AV and set up the room beforehand.
Workshops and CSR
Chocolate Day, Chocolate Stand, Soap and Candle Making Workshops, Advent Wreath Making, Insect Hotels Construction, CSR Artistry Challenge.
Fits: Christmas events, a CSR day, an add-on to a conference or a party. Everyone takes home what they made.
We need: A room with tables, water access for chocolate and soap. We supply the materials and the instructors.
Treasure Hunt and GPS games
Treasure Hunt, Challenge Tour, Mystery Trail. Ready-made games in more than 25 cities and venues in Czechia and in Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest and Kraków.
Fits: An afternoon block of a conference, an incentive group in the city, a program at a countryside hotel.
We need: Nothing special. We bring the tablets and the app, our instructor team leads the game. It starts and ends wherever you need.
Programs tied to a place
Treasure of the John's Castle in the Lednice-Valtice area, Secrets of Moravian Karst with caves and scooters, Machine Rebellion in the Vysočina Highlands.
Fits: An incentive trip to South Moravia or Vysočina, a day away from the hotel. The Lednice program combines with a wine tasting.
We need: Only the date. The program is prepared for its location, we arrange the entries and the equipment.
Corporate adventure days
Corporate Adventure Day, Family Day. Stations with sports, logic and adrenaline activities such as archery, giant football or a balance-beam duel.
Fits: A company day for hundreds of people, a Family Day, a reward for the whole company.
We need: A large area and power. We supply the stations, the sound system and the host.
Corporate parties and tastings
Don Maccarone, Oktoberfest Party, guided tastings of wine, rum, whiskey or chocolate, Brain Party as a party add-on. Costumes, contests and a host.
Fits: A gala evening, a Christmas party, a night after a conference.
We need: A room, a stage or space for the host. We bring the costumes and the technology and run the contests.
Development programs
M*A*S*H for stress management, Meetings for communication across teams, Team Building with Development Facilitation, Work-life Balance.
Fits: An offsite, a team development day, an HR program with a clear goal.
We need: A room for the reflection part. The programs are ready and proven; the client selects one by development objective. We keep the formats as they are.
Online for teams in several places
Remote Escape Game, Remote Pub Quiz, online tastings of chocolate, wine, rum and whiskey, Virtual Conference.
Fits: International teams in several locations, hybrid conferences. We broadcast from our own virtual studio.
We need: Zoom, Teams or Meet on the participants' side, the studio and the technology are ours. Tasting boxes are shipped to the participants.
Weather backup
Rain won't cancel your event
Whether your client booked Sherlock, Castle Breakout or any other outdoor program: when the game can't run outside, the team stays in the hotel, the restaurant or the conference room. People split into small teams, sit down at the tables, install the TerraHunt app on their own phones, and we start a story game within minutes.
Outside it can rain or snow. Inside, your guests have coffee and cake, and they play.
- A replacement for any outdoor program. It does not matter what the client booked or where the event takes place.
- No room setup. A room and tables are enough.
- On their own phones. Teams install the TerraHunt app, so it can start at the last minute. When the backup is agreed in advance, we bring tablets.
- The client knows in advance. We list the weather backup right in the proposal you pass on.

Across Czechia and the countries around it

In Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest and Kraków our ready-made Treasure Hunt games are live, and we travel there with an Escape Box or a Chocolate Day as well. We have also worked in the border regions of Austria, Germany and Poland. For farther places the cost reflects travel, sometimes an arrival the day before.
We know hotels, castles and resorts across Czechia firsthand: for each we know the room capacity and the parking. If your client has their own venue, we come there. We focus on the program. Transfers and meeting points are usually handled by the destination agency, and we are glad to help or arrange them through our partners.

Add South Moravia to the itinerary
South Moravia is the wine country of Czechia, about an hour's drive from Vienna and a little over an hour from Bratislava. Mikulov sits around 80 km from the Austrian capital. Add it to the itinerary and the same group gets a different day: vineyards, castles and the UNESCO-listed Lednice-Valtice landscape.
Accommodation, meals and program production cost less in Czechia. Even after adding transport, the whole package comes out below what the equivalent costs with a German or Austrian team building agency at home. That is why companies from abroad book their programs with us in Czechia instead of at home.

We send the materials for your proposal directly to you
We work with event agencies and travel companies in Czechia and abroad. We do not offer downloads on the web, we send the materials directly to you, in English. In the proposal you get:
- The schedule and the principle of the program with a detailed description of how the event runs.
- A detailed cost calculation: fixed items and items with variable costs listed separately.
- A photo gallery from past events, so you and your client can picture the program.
- A joint online meeting with your client, if you want one. We present the program from the point of view of the team that delivers it.

What agencies ask us most often
Do you run programs in English?
Yes, all of them. Programs, proposals, contracts and materials come in English. Programs run in English or Czech, whichever suits your group, and we can prepare the proposal in EUR.
What do we get for our own proposal, and what are the terms?
Materials in English, ready for your proposal: a PDF you can send as it is, or an open format you build into your own offer, with photos, program descriptions, group sizes and the weather backup.
Terms for agencies we send on request, usually the same day. We do not publish them on the web. On site our team appears as Z-AGENCY, with our own instructors and equipment.
How fast do we get a proposal?
It depends on the scope. A standard shorter program (Escape Box, Brain Party, Treasure Hunt) goes out within 1 to 2 hours of a complete brief during business hours, a larger standard program (Castle Breakout, Sherlock Strikes Back, Indiana and the Holy Grail) usually within one day, and a custom program or an event with other suppliers within 2 to 3 days, depending on how you specify your client's requirements.

Every proposal states how long it is valid. When the date is busy, we offer the programs for which we have equipment and instructors on that date.

Instructor-led programs are confirmed for a specific date. A self-service Treasure Hunt is always available.
Do you need our client's name?
No, but it helps. For a proposal we need the program type, the date or date options, the venue, the group size, the language and the time slot. An expected budget helps a lot, so we do not offer a program outside it.
The client's name helps us tell inquiries apart: in peak season we get up to five similar inquiries for one date, sometimes from different departments of the same company.
Where do you work?
Across Czechia and the neighboring countries. Our ready-made games are live in Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest and Kraków, we travel there with an Escape Box or a Chocolate Day as well, and we have worked in the border regions of Austria, Germany and Poland. For farther places the cost reflects travel, sometimes an arrival the day before. Verified hotels and venues are on our map of venues.
Do you handle transfers and meeting points?
We focus on the program. Transfers and meeting points are usually handled by the destination agency, and we are glad to help. When you ask, we arrange the hotel and transfers through our partners and agree the start location with you.
Can you fit into the itinerary of a DMC or travel company group?
Yes. We place the program into the group's itinerary: an afternoon block, a conference side program or an evening. We run it in English, at the hotel, on the venue grounds or in town, across Czechia and in the neighboring countries.
How big a group can you handle?
Through agencies we run programs from 20 people up. For smaller groups a direct booking makes more sense. Upper limits by type:
- Treasure Hunt: up to 300 people on our tablets, over 1,000 on participants' own phones
- Big story-driven outdoor games: up to 300
- Corporate adventure days: 50 to 1,000
- Escape Box: up to 70, Brain Party and quizzes: up to 500
- Workshops and parties: up to 500

What if the weather turns bad?
In place of any outdoor program we run a TerraHunt story game in a conference room: small teams at tables, their own phones, started within minutes. We list the weather backup in the proposal already.
What is the difference between Z-AGENCY and TerraHunt?
TerraHunt® is our own game platform for GPS games on tablets, run by Z-AGENCY and registered as an EU trademark (EUIPO No. 019033566). Z-AGENCY delivers the programs with instructors across Czechia and in the neighboring countries.
