About the Event
A few days before the event, all participants in the tasting package will be delivered a package. It will contain a selected variant of chocolate bars, pralines and other delicacies. We will also send you a link to MS Teams or Zoom meeting, or to a private YouTube stream (other communication platforms are possible upon agreement). At the time of the tasting, all participants will open their "chocolate starter packs" and join the streaming broadcast from our virtual studio.
Our tasting tour will start with cocoa beans, leading through a tasting of high-percentage dark chocolates from specific areas of Africa or South America. Then we will continue to the milk plantation chocolate paired with a glass of French sparkling wine, and finally to the handmade chocolate pralines.
Online tasting is not just passive viewing of streaming. The participants of the event can actively intervene in the program, ask questions or comments both orally and by chat. Communication is two-way during this online program.
