This program uses the principles of experiential pedagogy. Each of the implemented activities can be seen as a model situation of a real work process.
The experience that the participants gain from solving the tasks can later be used in solving real situations in the corporate environment.
To get the most out of the activities and participants the lecturer will use reflective techniques.

In the preparatory part, we plan the event schedule together. It can be a multi-day course, a one-day program or a half-day program.

We will propose a range of activities which will suit to your objectives and also to the season, the choice of location and other factors.
You do not have to worry about physically demanding activities. You can look forward to strategic, construction, logical or even light physical activities. For example: Pandora's Box - logic activity, Flood - construction activity, Moai Statues - cooperative activity, Aqueduct - construction activity, Martini - cooperative activity, Intergalactic Rocket Building - construction activity and many other interesting activities.
The activities will be followed by a reflection, during which you will analyze together with our lector how you approached the assigned task. The program can also include activity designed mainly for fun to lighten the program and entertain the participants.
